Creative room
In the creative room, our employees and project partners can come up with new ideas away from their desks. The equipment encourages reflection and creativity.
Up to seven people can write, doodle or draw on the IdeaWall at the same time - the results can then be saved digitally. The pixel wooden blocks can be put together at any time to form different furniture such as tables, stools or benches. The comfortable, colorful sofa, armchairs and whiteboards round off the room.
Meeting rooms / seminar room
The IPH has three meeting rooms with modern technical equipment. Each room has a projector and a Surface Hub, i.e. an interactive whiteboard. Presentations do not have to be shared laboriously via cable, but can be presented simply with a click via Barco ClickShare.
Our seminar room also has event technology that makes hybrid events possible without any problems: a Sennheiser ceiling microphone, a triple QSC camera system and a QSC loudspeaker. With the help of artificial intelligence (AI) and a laser ceiling system, the system recognizes where people are presenting in the room, allowing preset camera settings to be called up.
Parent-child office
Is your child sick or is the daycare center closed? Parents can bring their children to our office. We have redesigned our parent-child office for this purpose. Only the desk in the corner is reminiscent of a conventional office, the rest is child-friendly and colorful. There is a play kitchen, various books and toys as well as sleeping, cuddling and changing facilities.
Cargo bike
Our employees are environmentally friendly thanks to the company's own cargo bike, which we purchased at the beginning of 2022. This means we can leave our company car behind when we have small errands or outside appointments.
The bike has an electric motor for assistance and an electric 5-speed gearbox. The gear can be selected either manually by the rider or automatically by the cargo bike itself. The control panel displays information such as the remaining range.
Natural break area
If you want to spend your lunch break outside, you can take a deep breath and recharge your batteries in our break area.
The break area has a natural design, which means that insects and birds can find food and shelter there. In addition to sandstones from the Harz Mountains, there are native plants and a large oak tree that provides shade. Wooden and stone seating invites you to sit in the sun and spend time in nature. A walk in the park opposite provides exercise and fresh air during the break.
Modern, ergonomic office equipment
At IPH, we have modern, ergonomic office equipment. All employees use single or two-person offices. Height-adjustable desks and ergonomic office chairs make it possible to work both standing up and sitting down. Large screens, a personal headset and a powerful laptop are standard.
Every employee also has the option of taking advantage of ergonomic advice for their workstation in order to work ergonomically and in a way that is easy on the back. The room temperature can be controlled smartly - even before you arrive at the office!
Our kitchen is located in the heart of the IPH and is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave and several refrigerators. Coffee and fresh organic fruit are available to our employees every day.
