Digitalization projects often only take into account the current status of technologies and processes. As a result, the digital solutions used have a limited lifespan and cannot meet new requirements as environmental conditions change. The expected added value decreases and companies do not achieve the desired potential through digitalization. By taking into account the drivers and enablers of change, digital solutions can be designed and implemented in such a way that they meet the unknown requirements of the future.
Your tasks
- Identification of current challenges in the design of flexible production and IT systems
- Investigating the flexibility and adaptability of digital solutions and IT systems
- Identification of drivers and enablers for adaptability
- Practical validation possible, e.g. by means of expert interviews or workshops
Your profile
- Interest in Industry 4.0 and digitalization
- Independent, reliable and results-oriented way of working
- good written and spoken German and English skills
