Project title | AI seminar: building skills for a digital future (KI-Seminar) |
Project duration | 01.09.2025 – 30.06.2026 |
Project website | www.ki-seminar-hannover.de |
Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly changing business processes, decision-making and working methods in companies. But how exactly does AI work? What legal framework conditions need to be observed? What organizational measures need to be implemented? And how can specific use cases be identified in your own working environment?
In this seminar, participants acquire in-depth AI knowledge, gain an overview of legal issues - from data protection to liability - and learn to critically assess the potential and challenges of the technology. Through practical exercises, they will develop their own use cases and understand how AI can be used safely and responsibly in their professional context.
The seminar is suitable for any employee of a company who would like to use AI tools (such as text generators) in their work or who already uses AI tools. According to the AI Regulation, which has already come into force, employees who use AI must provide proof of AI competence. The seminar is aimed at specialists in all positions and managers in all sectors. When Article 4 of the AI Regulation comes into force in February 2025, companies will have to provide evidence that their employees have sufficient skills. The training aims to create a basic understanding of the opportunities and risks of AI (see Art. 3 No. 56 AI Regulation). Building on this, companies and their staff can develop further skills for the company-specific AI tools used.
