
Lean methods are tools used for solving both bigger and smaller problems. Using methods, like "poka yoke" or "design for assembly and manufacturing", may help to increase efficiency in your company. Positive results of the use of lean methods may include...

The IPH has composed a summary of 73 methods, including the "5A method", "poka yoke"/ "failure mode", and "effect analysis". These instruments are intended to help companies to identify room for improvements and to put them into practice.
